Cable One "Back to School" Campaign

New client management and onboarding, budgeting and scoping,
deliverable versioning management, video production, out of home, digital, and direct mail

Team One acquired Cable One (now Sparklight) as a new client in the summer of 2018, and I was tasked with project managing their first campaign. I was responsible for creating process for managing this new client and their deliverables, and of course the management of delivering all assets.

Working on this campaign provided me experience working directly with clients to work through issues and receive feedback on assets. I also worked with my account director to keep track of budget and scope, as clients continued to increase the number of deliverables, based on their changing needs.

Because Cable One’s business relies heavily on offer-based materials, we had about 8-10 different versions of each deliverable, each with a different offer, different geographic information, and different legal requirements. I kept track of all of these different versions and requirements and communicated these out to the creatives and production.
