2020 Lexus GX Launch

For the launch of the new model year 2020 GX, I worked with a collaborative team to concept, product, and launch deliverables for broadcast, print, radio, social media, digital, and media partnerships.

I took the lead managing the broadcast and digital portions of the campaign, and worked with two other project managers to whom I delegated the other deliverables. This was a challenging campaign to manage as our assigned art director kept changing due to resourcing complications. It was up to my team to work closely with the creative team to help with the constantly changing art directors and make sure that they had information they needed as they came in and out of the project. Our project management team implemented various communication plans to ensure that all of our individual deliverables benefitted from updates across the campaign. We hosted status meetings for the entire team, provided daily updates to our account team, and worked with our multidisciplinary teams to share assets between all deliverables.

I partnered closely with our national media team to build the media plan for this campaign. As our TV spot concept included chefs Jon Shook and Vinny Dotolo, our creative team wanted the rest of our campaign deliverables to align with this luxury culinary tract. As the media plan was developed, I communicated constantly with our media team to ensure we included strategic placements that would align with our culinary-inspired creative. I collaborated with our Lexus account team to prepare them for presentations with clients on how our creative concepts would live in the world through our media plan. It was a collaborative effort across multidisciplinary teams, with great results.
